Refund policy

We hope that you love all of our products however if for any reason you would like to return then please see our policy below:

1.  The item will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to both domestic & international customers.

2. SALE ITEMS PURCHASED ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

4.  We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. That includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item. 

5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, if an item is returned to us without the original tag on it, we will not contact you and will not return the item back to you.

6. Once we  receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment  and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

7. To start a return, you can contact us at support@noahbygiselle.com indicating your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8.  Please also obtain Proof of Postage which clearly shows our Return Address and the date it was sent when you return your item in case we do not receive it. 

9. All returns will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt subject to the Terms & Conditions above.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and any items purchased with a discount code or automatic discount at checkout worth over 20% off cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
